“Blackstar Sanctuary” 2024
3D Artist and Video Editor
16-minute animated film on which I worked as the 3D artist to create the 3D animation and deliver the video with a version that could be projected across multiple walls for an art installation. The 6 levels in the film were created using the amazing "Pharaoh's Legacy: Egyptian Temple" asset pack by Meshingun Studio as its base. The project called for the creation of 16 statue assets that were virtual photogrammetry scans of 16 real life sculptures of deities with intricate glass blown elements.
The next phase of production involved the virtual film production consisting of shot list creation, camera composition and movements, lighting, filming and editing.
The final phase was to create the custom wall projection with the massive synced video projected across the 4 walls of the Pittsburgh Glass Center gallery. I filmed the images in such a way be able to coordinate the entire room being a unified image with synced video seamlessly stitched together in After Effects.
“This Is the Body of the Sun” 2025
Digital Sculptor
I was the digital sculptor for this statue by Mikael Owunna and Marques Redd. I created the 3D sculpture for the 8‑foot tall cast aluminum statue with radiant gold gilding. The design included detailing of extensive hieroglyphics across the necklace. I sculpted the digital sculpture in 3D and prepared it for 3D printing. Included intricate hieroglyphic script hand placed on the necklace of the statue with hundreds of symbols across 12 rows. I built a color version with digital coloring for use in the painting of the physical statue.
The statue was installed in 2026 at the Arts Landing park in Pittsburgh, PA.
"Blackstar Sanctuary VR Experience" 2025
I converted the 16-minute animated film "Blackstar Sanctuary" into a VR experience for Oculus Quest. The VR experience involved reshooting the entire film in 8K panoramic video and bringing to life the film in complete 360 degree VR. This task presented many technical challenges as well as an opportunity to tell the story in a complete new way. The VR experience has gone on to be an award winning success and has been exhibited in multiple continents.

"The Bathhouse" 2020
Project Lead, Lead 3D Artist, and Video Editor
3D Animation and Video Installation: Five channel synced video installation, 9:46 minutes.
The Bathhouse is a synchronized multi-channel 3D animation that uses five vertical screens. I worked on Unity level design, character animation and action as well as lighting and camera movements. Working closely with artist Federico Solmi I built a complex shot list that allowed for the five screens to sometimes show five distinct but related shots, while also sometimes showing one super-wide shot across all five screens.
